Imperium Public Strategies is the creation of Clint Brewer and Josh Helton, two proven leaders with decades of executive experience in government, media, politics, business, and the law. Clint and Josh first worked together in the administration of Governor Bill Haslam. Reporting to Commissioner Bill Hagerty – now a U.S. Senator - they helped build one of the most successful economic development programs in the country.

Founder & Principal
Clint Brewer is a business executive with deep experience in media, non-profits, professional sports, government, and public affairs consulting at the state and national levels. He specializes in media relations, government relations, integrated campaigns, and crisis communications.

Josh Helton is an attorney and political advisor with extensive experience in national campaigns, legislative affairs and corporate relations. He frequently serves as a senior advisor to high-level principals and excels in situations where politics, law and business intersect.
Government Relations & Campaigns Associate
Jack was born and raised in Nashville, and graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2022 with a degree in political science. During his time at the University of Tennessee, Jack interned for multiple members of Congress including Representative John Rose, Representative Tim Burchett, and Senator Bill Hagerty.
Marketing and Communications Associate
Mackenzie was born in Atlanta, Georgia and recently moved to Nashville. She graduated from Auburn University with a major in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing. After serving as the Vice President of PRSSA in college, Mackenzie continues to be active in PRSA in Tennessee.
Digital Strategy Associate
Ian is a digitally native web designer. Born and raised in rural Nebraska, he moved to Nashville where he graduated from Belmont University. During his time at Belmont and since graduating, he has worked as a web designer helping individuals, artists, and businesses build beautiful, functional websites that tell their story.
