Director of Operations

Imperium Public Strategies is a public affairs consultancy in Nashville, Tennessee providing private and public sector clients the strategies and services to advance agendas, shape public policy, and drive narratives. Our company is seeking a Director of Operations to function as an integral team member as we serve clients from diverse sectors including venture capital, healthcare, commercial real estate, finance, technology, politics, and national non-profits.

The successful candidate for this position will demonstrate an ability to manage executive schedules, oversee details for high-level meetings, manage vendors and partners, correspond with clients, and efficiently assist in running most aspects of a small business. The best fit for our team is someone that offers a high level of business acumen, a solid work ethic, and wants to contribute immediately and learn daily.  Finally, and maybe most importantly, we are looking for someone who is looking to grow with a rapidly expanding business. 

Imperium’s offices are on Music Row in Nashville, one of the fastest-growing cities in the U.S. Our work environment is collaborative and very team-oriented, and our office is generally smart casual. (Not a lot of ties and heels around here unless that is your thing.) Work is a hybrid of office and remote depending on schedules, projects, and seasons.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of work experience.
